Social Rhythms for Teens and Young Adults

Social Rhythms is an evening social group designed for teens and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and other complex communication challenges.  Weekly activities consist of the following:



  • Fitness Activity
  • Reading Comprehension and Discussion
  • Monthly Skit and Weekly Practices (Skit Created by Members)
  • Scavenger Hunt
  • Art History and Art appreciation
  • Discussion Among Members
    • Most importantly all content will be age appropriate 
    • ​Sensory and Communication Support, as needed


Options are available for all area PAC and Respite service providers to participate by bringing clients to participate in our weekly programs.
